If you read last week’s newsletter, you will know that there are currently a lot of conferences being announced, or held. This week is not different, Vercel just announced their conference, “Vercel Ship”. Being held in May, with speakers like Guillermo Rauch, Lee Robinson, and more, Vercel Ship is “A conference for builders leading the latest innovations in the AI and developer experience ecosystem.”

Last week, GitHub announced the general availability of GitHub Copilot Enterprise, bringing their leading AI coding assistant to organizations with extensive customization. Designed for companies using GitHub Enterprise Cloud, Copilot Enterprise integrates directly into developers' workflows.

VueJS Amsterdam, the world's largest Vue-focused event, wrapped up over the weekend after another successful sold-out showing. Held from February 28-29, the 2024 edition welcomed over 1,000 attendees from 51 countries to soak up the latest on Vue, Nuxt, and the surrounding ecosystem.

The latest iteration of Microsoft's popular IDE, Visual Studio Code 1.87, arrived last week, filled with updates to boost developer productivity.

Headlining features include direct voice dictation in the editor via the separate VS Code Speech extension, multi-cursor support for inline suggestions, and AI-powered rename suggestions from GitHub Copilot.
