Games, Books 📕 , AI & More... This week’s top open-source projects (March 24, 2024) #40

This is more a fun rather than a useful project, but nonetheless, it is very exciting. The madman Lunakepio has decided to recreate Mario Kart in Three.js, a library for drawing 3D graphics on a webpage. The game has multiplayer lobbies, support for multiple controller types, even a phone, and much more.

“Screenshot To Code” is a web application that makes it possible to turn your screenshots, into website code. Using GPT 4 Vision, and DALL-E 3, the application can create very convincing replicas of any website. It is also possible to recreate a live website, by just submitting a URL.

"Ente Photos" is a privacy-focused web app and mobile app for storing, sharing, and rediscovering your photo memories. Using end-to-end encryption, Ente ensures your data remains private and secure, with not even the Ente team able to view your photos and videos.

Sometimes it can be hard to find the correct resources for learning different topics in the tech sector, but it doesn’t have to. “Free Programming Books” is a collection of, you guessed it, free programming books.
It is filled to the brim with books in many different “real” languages, but also programming languages.
